ANALYSIS: Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. has been tough to trust in fantasy throughout his young NFL career. As a rookie, Harrison flashed elite upside at times, but rarely produced consistently each week. Throughout the opening weeks of the 2025 season, Harrison has seen similar struggles, which have made it tough for him to trust for fantasy.
In Week 1, Harrison appeared to kickstart his breakout season, catching five of his six targets for 71 yards and a touchdown. However, in Week 2, Harrison took a significant step back, catching only two of his five targets for 27 yards.
In their Week 3 loss to the San Francisco 49ers, Harrison was heavily targeted (six), but was only able to bring in three, or a modest 44 yards. While Harrison remains the clear WR1 and second option for Kyler Murray in the passing game (behind Trey McBride), his inability to produce consistency has lowered him into WR3 territory.
On Thursday evening, the former Ohio State standout is best viewed as a mid-range WR3 facing a tough Seattle secondary that has allowed the second-fewest PPR points to opposing WRs. While he should remain the lead WR1, his lack of weekly production and tough matchup put him in FLEX territory for Week 4.
