Jayden Reed start or sit Week 11 advice. Fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 11 (2024). Should I start or sit Jayden Reed for fantasy football?
BALLER MOVE: Start
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR2
ANALYSIS: Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed has had a roller coaster of a season. After a monster game in Week 1, where he racked up 33.1 PPR fantasy points, he had some down games due to an injury to his quarterback, Jordan Love, and some ailments of his own. In between those, though, he's been highly productive.
Packers WR contested catch rates among 53 qualified WRs (PFF):
Jayden Reed (78%, 2nd)
Christian Watson (75%, 3rd)
Romeo Doubs (71%, 6th)
...
Dontayvion Wicks (0%, last)— Ian Hartitz (@Ihartitz) November 6, 2024
There's been some issues with his usage and targets that have made him frustrating to own for fantasy managers. He plays on an offense with a ton of pass-catching talent -- he must compete with WRs Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, and Dontayvion Wicks and tight end Tucker Kraft for targets.

His efficiency stands out, though. He was highly efficient last year, too, so it's probably not a fluke. He has ridiculous speed, quickness, and contested catch abilities. He'd probably produce better on an offense that threw the ball his way more, but that doesn't mean he can't be a solid WR2.
There is WR1 upside every week, simply due to his huge-play ability, but he often must produce on 4-7 targets per game, meaning his ceiling is limited overall. Still, he should be in starting lineups.
