BALLER MOVE: Start in 10+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR2
ANALYSIS: Pickens is loving life with Russell Wilson under center for the Steelers. He had a big performance against the Jets in Week 7 and followed that up with five catches for 74 yards against the Giants in Week 8.
The Steelers are coming off a Week 9 bye and face the surprising Washington Commanders this week. Washington upgraded their secondary by bringing in Marshawn Lattimore, but they have been a below-average unit against the pass overall this season.

The Steelers love to run the football, but in order to win this game and move the chains this week they will need to push the ball down the field. Pickens is the clear top option in the passing game for Russell Wilson and should be a big part of the game plan. The Steelers did trade for Mike Williams, but he's not likely to be overly involved this week after logging only a few practices ahead of their Week 10 game.
Fire up Pickens in all formats, he should see the volume that he needs to hit his floor, while Russell Wilson has unlocked his ceiling as well.
