DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Lineup Picks (4/10/16): NBA DFS Advice

By Keith Allison [CC-BY-SA-2.0 (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0)], via Wikimedia Commons

Demetri Raftopoulos highlights the top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for 4/10/16. These are the top value and sleeper plays for your DraftKings NBA DFS lineups.

The 2015-2016 regular season is winding down. A majority of the playoff spots have already been filled. Some teams are barely hanging onto their postseason hopes while others are doing all they can to clinch and earn extra basketball.

My gut is telling me to say away from the Golden State and San Antonio game. In their two previous meetings, one was high-scoring and the other was low-scoring. Playing in San Antonio, the game could shift to more defensive-minded, but since the Warriors are chasing history, who knows. It could go either way.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy NBA lineup picks for DraftKings on 4/10/16. The DFS lineup picks will range from some of the elite players, to mid-priced options, and value plays on DraftKings.

DraftKings DFS Point Guards

Tyler Ennis (at PHI, $3,700)

With every point guard seemingly injured on the Milwaukee Bucks, look for Ennis' minutes to continue increasing. Ennis has played over 25 minutes in his last four games, two consisting of 30+ minutes of court time. In his last performance, he dropped nine points, 11 assists, six rebounds, and two steals; extremely efficient for his price.

Michael Carter-Williams is out for the year and Jerryd Bayless is not expected to play in another game this season either. Nor is Greives Vasquez really a threat to jack a ton of Ennis' minutes. Ennis should have no trouble producing against the Philadelphia 76ers and is a very affordable option at the one spot.

Goran Dragic (vs ORL, $6,900)

Dragic is always a solid, and affordable, option at point guard. He is a double-digit scoring threat and is capable of posting a double-double, while consistently playing over 30 minutes a night. For his price, Dragic spreads just enough stats to reach projection and has break out potential as well. He gets a nice matchup against the Orlando Magic and is a solid tournament pick on Sunday.

DraftKings DFS Shooting Guards

James Harden (vs LAL, $10,800)

With the Houston Rockets one game out of the eighth and final Western Conference playoff spot, we can expect another big performance by Harden. Harden is Houston's workhorse, playing in 40 or more minutes in nine straight games. Harden is always a threat to break out and can spread stats as well as Stephen Curry. When he feels like it, of course. Harden is an expensive option but has as high of a ceiling as anyone on the card Sunday.

Jamal Crawford (vs DAL, $5,000)

All season long there's been a burning question regarding two players for Daily Fantasy; Jamal Crawford or J.J. Redick? Both have displayed plenty of offensive outbursts throughout the season, while Redick is having nearly his best season of his tenured NBA stint. But with Redick potentially missing Sunday's game, Crawford is the obvious choice here.

With Redick out of the lineup on Friday, Crawford dropped 30 points, including 4-11 from behind the arc. He also added five rebounds, four assists, one block, and one steal in 49 minutes of play. The last time he saw 40 minutes, he dropped 32 points against the Oklahoma City Thunder. If Redick sits, Crawford is a no-brainer.

DraftKings DFS Small Forwards

Giannis Antetokounmpo (at PHI, $10,000)

Look for the Greek Freak to end his impressive third season in the pros on a high note. He's become a consistent double-double threat and can break out for a triple-double at any time, mimicking the abilities of someone like LeBron James. Giannis has already posted a triple-double in April and posted 27 points, seven assists, and seven rebounds in only 27 minutes in his last game. Look for him to take advantage of the 76ers. The game should stay close as the Sixers have been playing better of late despite their record.

Gordon Hayward (at DEN, $6,900)

With a bunch more value options at other positions, it could be wise to spend up at the three spot. Hayward is another solid play as the Utah Jazz cling to the eighth spot in the Western Conference by a game. He's a consistent scoring threat and has been spreading stats very generously of late, coming off a double-double performance where he posted 24 points, 13 rebounds, and five assists. The Jazz need to keep winning and will look to Hayward to help make sure they do.

DraftKings DFS Power Forwards

Julius Randle (at HOU, $5,900)

Any time someone grabs 20 rebounds in one game, we should all take notice. Granted, Randle's production is nothing new to Daily Fantasy, it's definitely nice to see him evolving into a double-double threat. He's posted four double-digit rebound performances in his last five games and enters a great matchup against a defensively inept Rockets team. Likely pinned up against Dwight Howard, Randle should have no trouble flirting with another double-double.

Thomas Robinson (at IND, $6,000)

Robinson has filled in tremendously for the injured Brook Lopez, posting six straight double-doubles. He's also shown the ability to tally some assists and steals per game and has given the Nets something to be excited about of late. Robinson's price is still very affordable and has given Daily Fantasy lineups a huge boost of late. Likely to be heavily owned again, there's still no reason to avoid Robinson in any format.

DraftKings DFS Centers

Lavoy Allen (vs BK, $3,000)

Allen is an inconsistent double-double threat that could see a boost in playing time against the Brooklyn Nets. Allen has played at least 20 minutes in his last two games and seems to produce a lot more when given more court time. He is coming off a 12 points and eight rebounds performance against the Toronto Raptors and should have an even easier time producing against the Nets. He is a risky option but can free up a ton of cap space for other big guys on this list.
