DraftKings CFB Picks 11/28/25

Sieh Bangura - CFB DFS Picks, Daily College Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Draft Rookie Sleepers

Mike Marteny's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the Friday (11/28/25) slate in Week 14. His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.

We have a big slate on Black Friday. Send your wife and kids out shopping and plant yourself in your favorite chair with your favorite beverage. We've got some good ones on here! The nooners start with the Egg Bowl from StarkVegas. Utah heads to Lawrence for the Jalon Daniels sendoff. Iowa is in "Kinnick West," a place it hasn't lost in since 2011. Ohio is in Buffalo for some snow. Kent is in DeKalb to send NIU out of the MAC.

The afternoon starts in Fort Collins with Air Force in town. San Diego State is in Albuquerque for a big one with New Mexico. Temple is in Denton as the Mean Green make a push for the CFP without their coach. It's Clean Old-Fashioned Hate, which should all be directed at the soulless venue it was put in instead of on campus. We close this out in Logan with Boise State in town.

In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the DraftKings slate on 11/28/25, starting at noon Eastern. I’ll give multiple player suggestions for quarterbacks, running backs, and wide receivers, highlighting one option at each end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers!

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

Gunner Stockton, Georgia ($8.6K)

Don't worry about Stockton's stat line against Charlotte. The game was well in hand, no matter what he did. When you look at the games that matter, Stockton is putting up big numbers. He cleared 30 DraftKings points against Texas, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

Georgia Tech doesn't have the defense to shut down Stockton. It only allows 241.6 passing yards per game, but it has only picked off two passes. Tech allows a ton of rushing yards (167.8 per game) and has allowed 19 rushing touchdowns. We'll see Stockton get something on the ground as well.

Bryson Barnes, Utah State ($7.9K)

That's a quarterback running like that! Barnes has at least 25 DK points in three straight and four of the last five games. He has cleared 100 rushing yards in each of the last two games, giving him a lot of upside with the rushing bonus. He has very huge upside against a Boise State team that has struggled to stop the run this year.

Byrd Ficklin, Utah ($7.2K)

There is a lot of risk involved here, but Kansas has arguably the worst defense in the conference. Utah has used Ficklin as a de facto running back in the last four games. Ficklin has 37 carries for 385 yards and seven touchdowns in those four games.

The bad news is that he rarely passes and only plays around 10 plays per game. If you're looking to get wild in a large-field GPP, Ficklin may be your man. The price is right since his ceiling is well over 30. The bad news is that the floor is single digits.

Jalen Macon, Northern Illinois ($6.2K)

We still don't really know what to make of Macon. He nuked UMass. Many others have as well. He struggled against Western Michigan. Again, many others have. Kent provides a kind of middle ground, but this defense is much closer to UMass than WMU.

Also consider these QBs

  • Haynes King, Georgia Tech ($9.5K)
  • Drew Mestemaker, North Texas ($8.3K)
  • Devon Dampier, Utah ($8.2K)
  • Kemper Hodges, Air Force ($6.3K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs

Kewan Lacy, Mississippi ($8K)

Lacy is having a great season, and all anyone wants to talk about is quarterbacks. It's disgusting. Lacy has 19 rushing touchdowns to lead FBS and has 1,136 rushing yards. 440 of those yards and seven of those touchdowns have come in the last three games.

Mississippi State has allowed 189.8 rushing yards per game. We could see another monster game out of Lacy, especially if the Rebels feed him the ball 30 times again.

Sieh Bangura, Ohio ($7.5K)

Bangura is closing his college career on a heater. He has 642 rushing yards in the last five games with nine touchdowns. The Ohio offense is leaning on Bangura, and will again if it snows in Buffalo. He ran for a career-high 196 in the rain against UMass last week.

Sire Gaines, Boise State ($6.5K)

Are we finally seeing Gaines take over as the lead back in this backfield? Gaines torched Colorado State last week for 149 yards and a pair of touchdowns. He got the lion's share of the carries, but the Broncos committed to running the ball without Maddux Madsen. Expect the same approach here, and plenty of carries to go around.

Chavon Wright, Northern Illinois ($5.9K)

The Huskies still split carries, but they run the ball a lot. You don't need to worry. Wright has carried the ball 81 times over the last four games. Telly Johnson Jr. is mostly in on passing downs now. Wright could have a field day against the Kent defense.

Also consider these RBs

  • Caleb Hawkins, North Texas ($10K)
  • Emmett Johnson, Nebraska ($7.8K)
  • Wayshawn Parker, Utah ($6.7K)
  • Jay Ducker, Temple ($5.1K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

Wyatt Young, North Texas ($6.8K)

Young is easily Mestemaker's favorite target with 16 receptions for 438 yards and three touchdowns in the last two games alone. No one has close to the ceiling at receiver that Young provides.

Rocky Beers, Colorado State ($5.1K)

Great name aside, Beers has been the go-to for whoever lines up at QB for the Rams. Beers has 18 receptions for 222 yards and three touchdowns in the last three games. He's the only reliable option on this entire team.

Malik Rutherford, Georgia Tech ($4.3K)

We should see the Bees playing from behind for most of the game. That should mean Haynes King hitting the air again. Rutherford is the dangerous target for Georgia Tech. He can break any catch for a big gain. He has 11 catches for 189 yards and a touchdown in the last two games, with Tech largely playing from behind.

Colin Chase, Temple ($3.5K)

Temple has lost three straight, and it has played from behind in all of them. Chase has 16 receptions for 152 yards and two scores in those three games. That's high volume in the Temple offense, and great production for the price.

Also consider these WRs:

  • Nik McMillan, Buffalo ($6.7K)
  • Brenen Thompson, Mississippi State ($5.8K)
  • Brady Boyd, Utah State ($5.4K)
  • Boden Groen, Kansas ($4.7K)
  • Jacory Barney Jr., Nebraska ($4K)

DraftKings CFB Stacks

Utah vs. Kansas

The Kansas defense has mostly been gouged on the ground. The Utah offense relies heavily on the ground game. The makeup of Utah's team makes a very unique stack possible here.

We can run both quarterbacks since both run a lot. This is only for use in GPP formats, but Ficklin could win us a tournament. Parker is the only back we can use now due to the heavy volume bestowed on the quarterbacks.

Ryan Davis will miss this game, so Creed Whittemore and Larry Simmons become intriguing options. If you don't want to risk it with Ficklin, substitute him for Dallen Bentley.

Georgia vs. Georgia Tech

We've seen the Tech defense get clowned in the last few weeks. Stockton and Nate Frazier are really good plays thanks to Tech's porous run defense. Zachariah Branch is a big play waiting to happen.

It's tougher to stack this outside of the top three. Chauncey Bowens is intriguing, making his return in this game. I don't see a fifth option that I have supreme faith in.

Also consider these stacks:

  • North Texas
  • Ohio
  • Iowa (GPP only)
  • Utah State (GPP only)
