Every NFL Team's Bye Week for the 2024 Season

Jalen Hurts - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Lance Fernandez lists the bye weeks for every NFL team in the 2024 season. Which teams will have early bye weeks? Likewise, which NFL squads have bye weeks late in the season?

The bye week means several things for NFL teams. It’s an opportunity for players with minor injuries to have additional rest before returning to action. The quick break also gives players a breather from the intense grind during the season.

For coaches, it’s a chance to recalibrate their strategy to improve their winning chances. The work continues as they prepare for opponents in the upcoming weeks. Meanwhile, fans also get a breather in rabidly rooting for their favorite squad.

Here are the bye weeks for every team in the 2024 NFL season. Each team gets one bye week per season, and the league determines them without set rules. If the NFL does extend the regular season to 18 games, there’s a chance that all teams get two bye weeks.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

Bye Weeks in Fantasy Football

In addition to projected stats, fantasy owners consider bye weeks when selecting players. They avoid drafting starters from teams with the same bye week as much as possible, ensuring they won’t lose the necessary points to win.

Likewise, fantasy owners monitor bye weeks, hoping that some of their injured starters return without missing much playing time.
