ANALYSIS: Well, it looks like Ronald Jones II is going to get his chance... again. Leonard Fournette has had an incredible season, but unfortunately is dealing with an injury that will likely keep him out for several weeks. After leaving last week's game with a hamstring injury, he is now a candidate for IR which would make him unavailable for the rest of the fantasy football season:
Will Jones take advantage of this opportunity and succeed for the Bucs and fantasy managers? Only time will tell, but one thing is for sure -- this is a huge opportunity for Jones and for fantasy managers in the semi-finals (and potentially in the championship). Jones has tended to disappoint in the past, but a few things are clear now: he has fresh legs after not seeing much action all year long, the Buccaneers are desperately in need of playmakers with so many injuries hitting, and the offense is being run by Tom Brady who tends to get the most out of players on his teams.
Jones is the top waiver wire pickup for Week 16, and could end up being a league winner if everything breaks right. Be sure to add him if you can, and plug him into your lineup as an RB2 with upside.
