Hello Esports enthusiasts and welcome to our Esports coverage of CS:GO DFS! We have the Blast Premier Fall Finals as we prepare for the final tournament of the year with the IEM Global Challenge! My name is Koby and I'll be here to help make those tough decisions on who to play and who not to play in your DFS contests!
This week we have the toughest matches as the best teams in the world face off for a $225,000 prize. First up we have Vitality taking on Mousesports and finishing the day with Astralis vs Natus Vincere, so let's get right into it! Today I'll be bringing you my Counter-Strike: Global Offensive DFS lineup picks, analysis, and advice for eSports DFS contests on FanDuel and DraftKings for Tuesday, December 8th at 7:00 am ET.

CS:GO DFS Picks
Best of 3 Series
- Vitality (-190) vs. Mousesports (+140)
- Natus Vincere (+125) vs. Astralis (-165)
Captain Plays:
Zywoo: ZywOo, is one of the best players in the world and we have the other best player on this slate as well. Thankfully they arent playing each other. Zywoo holds a 1.31 K/D, with .80 kills per round and only .60 deaths per round. 90% of his maps in the last three months have resulted in a positive K/D for him, only 65% of this maps he has won. The upside on Zywoo is insane even in a loss he is still going positive, In the last three months he has one game where he goes negative. Zywoo is more than likely one of the best plays on the slate.
S1mple: Some might consider S1mple one of the best players to ever play CS:GO, and honestly i can't deny that in the slightest. He is currently the No.1 player in the world and he is the reason his team ever has a chance in games averaging a near 1.40 K/D and achieving .87 kills per round and a minimal .63 deaths per round as well. S1mple and zywoo are on the same level of competition as they are both absolute killers, he has 80% of his maps resulting in a positive K/D and with the little help he gets from electronic and the rest of his team, he puts the team in a backpack and carries them to victory. You can't go wrong with either Zywoo or S1mple, i give the edge to Zywoo as he has the more favorable matchup but as the competition gets more difficult S1mple begins to play even better.
Other captain plays: device, RPK, Electronic, dupreeh, ropz(GPP)
Value Plays:
Perfecto: The price on Perfecto is the most intriguing part about him. 9k is pretty cheap for him and we get a discount off of Flamie who is an extra 900$ that much salary could be the difference between getting another stud at the top of your lineup! He has looked a lot better in recent games as well going positive in the last three games. He isn't the greatest player but his price makes him worth it, last time he played against Astralis, he went +19 on the day. If we get that out of him again he is going to outperform his salary by quite a bit. Perfecto is probably my favorite value play on the slate. Perfecto has a 1.04 K/D and gets .64 kills per round and only .62 deaths per round.
Gla1ve: For all of us on FanDuel we are required to have at least one player from 3 teams, meaning we need to find someone who is going to do well in a loss. Astralis vs Natus Vincere is more than likely our best bet at a shot for a 3 map match. If they do both teams are going to get a win and that could lead to some high scores. Gla1ve pops out of me as a value option as he is our cheapest player on Astralis and in maps that Astralis wins he tends to do well. He isn't someone who is going positive all the time but he has the chance to do well and if the game gets sent to three maps than we might see gla1ve pay off his salary and make him a viable one-off if that is the direction you decide to go. Gla1ve has a .95 K/D and gets about .62 kills per round and a low .65 deaths per round.
Other Value Plays: RPK, bymas, flamie
Top Stacks/ Team Picks:
Vitality: More than likely Vitality will be the more looked at stack as they are have the favored matchup between the two games we have. Mousesports have been playing very well recently but Vitality has been on a whole other level of play, only losing 2 times in the last two months, Once against the 2nd place team Heroic, and a rough loss against FaZe that no one was expecting. Other than that they have been completely dominating competition finishing more games in sweep then not. Vitality also beat mousesports two months ago in a sweep and made it very quick winning 32-18.
Note: With the addition of Nivera to the team, this has brought in the chance of a substitution for each map. From what It looks like over the last month since Nivera was added to the roster when the map Inferno is selected Nivera has replaced Shox in the game, and if the map Dust2 is selected Nivera replaces Misutaaa, making all three of these players, not roster-able due to the fact they will not be playing a full match and not scoring well. Making ZywOo, Rpk, and apEX the only players that have not been substituted as of right now and the only ones that we can rely on playing an entire match. Unfortunately we don't know the map selections until after the slate locks, so know the risk in rostering Shox or misutaaa.
Natus Vincere: Natus is actually the underdog in this matchup as Astralis just won the DreamHack Winter tournament. Natus Vincere is one of the last teams that I want to doubt as they are consistently one of the best teams in the world. Natus blew Astralis out last month in a 2-0 sweep winning both maps 16-9. s1mple plays insanely better when the competition rises. As his rating rises the more difficult his opponents get, vs. Top 10 opponents he has a 1.29 rating and against top 5 opponents he has a 1.38 rating.
This is going to be a fantastic match and even if Astralis does win, expect S1mple to still score well as he usually does even in a loss. Other than s1mple; electronic and Perfecto are great pairings for a stack, if you need someone cheaper, flamie has also played decently well recently. Boombl4 is a fade, he goes negative even in sweeps, in the chance Natus Vincere sweeps Astralis that is about the only way Boombl4 scores well but at most he is just a punt to get better players but I can't recommend him and feel good about it.
Other Top Stacks/ Teams: Astralis (Xyp9x has been subbed out recently for the likes of Bubzkji making Xyp9x a risk to use as well)
