4 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Boston Scott looks set to enter Week 1 as the backup for starter Miles Sanders. Sanders has been dealing with a hamstring injury though, so if he were to suffer any setbacks, Scott's Week 1 role would grow significantly. As it stands though, Sanders is fully expected to play, and Scott should show up occasionally on third downs and as a change-of-pace back. Scott showed some flashes last season and would be a solid fantasy contributor if he earned playing time on the field. For Week 1, however, he's better left on fantasy benches as long as Sanders plays.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
