Justin Carter highlights the top FanDuel NBA DFS lineup picks for 4/28/19, and a couple of sleepers to consider while building daily rosters.
The first round is officially over and today we've got a pair of second round games on the docket, both early in the day, with Celtics/Bucks starting things out, followed by Rockets/Warriors. Some big names in today's contests, which make hitting on the smaller names even more important.
In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel on 4/28/19. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel.

FanDuel DFS Guards
Chris Paul - PG, HOU @ GSW (FD - $8,200)
With James Harden just missing shot after shot in the first round, Chris Paul stepped up, scoring 17.4 points per game and adding 5.4 rebounds, 5.2 assists, and 2.2 steals. Despite shooting just 6-for-28 from three, he made 45.2 percent of his shots in the series against Utah. Next up is the Warriors, whose best perimeter defender, Klay Thompson, is banged up, and who let Lou Williams put up strong numbers in the first round. This should be a good series for the Point God.
Eric Gordon - SG, HOU @ GSW (FD - $5,000)
Gordon's price is really low when you think about the fact that he starts and plays 35 minutes per game for this team. Gordon shot 48.6 percent from three in Round 1 and was hitting shots from all kinds of distant Houston suburbs, from Pasadena to Katy, in this one. (Or, in clearer terms, was hitting shots from really deep.) He finished the series with 15.2 points per game and while his other numbers -- 2.6 rebounds, 1.2 assists -- aren't great, he did add 1.2 blocks per game and should be a threat to score whenever he sees the ball in this series. Gordon averaged 19.7 points in three regular season games against the Warriors, hitting 52.9 percent of his threes in those meetings.
FanDuel DFS Forwards
Giannis Antetokounmpo - SF, MIL vs BOS (FD - $11,500)
I was going to suggest a cheaper player with SF designation for today, but after Giannis and Kevin Durant, the next three guys by price are Gordon Hayward, Danuel House, and Nikola Mirotic, so...you're going to want to go with either Giannis or Durant in this one and save your low-priced options for other positions. I give Antetokounmpo the slight edge here since he's THE focal point of the Bucks attack, averaging 26.3 points and 12 rebounds in the first round in under 30 minutes per game. In a tougher series, expect more minutes from the Greek Freak, leading to even bigger stat lines. (Still, Durant was dominant in that first round series and you're making a good call by going with either guy.)
Jaysom Tatum - PF, BOS @ MIL (FD - $6,400)
I like Tatum at this price. He's the number-two offensive option for Boston in this series and is coming off an opening round where he put up 19.3 points and 5.5 rebounds per game. His shot is on right now, as he hit over 50 percent from the floor and over 50 percent from three in that four-game sweep of the Pacers, and I trust Tatum in this one a lot more than I trust the higher-priced Draymond Green against the Rockets.
FanDuel DFS Centers
Al Horford - C, BOS @ MIL (FD - $6,800)
Another position where scarcity rules the day. Clint Capela's a good option for the Rockets -- if the Warriors don't go small and force him off the floor, though Capela's shown some good switchability in past meetings, so that isn't a huge worry. Brook Lopez is fine too for the Bucks, but I've picked Horford in this one. He's coming off a solid first round, scoring 11 points and grabbing 10.3 rebounds per game while adding 4.5 assists, and that came despite struggling from the floor as he hit just 34 percent of his shots against a really tough center combination in Indiana. He'll be matched up with Brook Lopez in this one, which should make things easier for the veteran big.
