Anthony Hankerson Enters Transfer Portal

Former Oregon State running back Anthony Hankerson has entered the transfer portal. Hankerson had previously signed with both the Miami Dolphins and Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted free agent, and requested his release from Seattle to pursue a return to college. However, with today's rules regarding players who have signed NFL contracts coming out across various conferences, Hankerson's attempted return becomes messier. Hankerson rushed for over 1,000 yards in each of his previous two seasons with Oregon State, totaling 24 touchdowns during his time in Corvallis. He would be a welcome addition to any running back room, although his path to eligibility just became a lot tougher.--Brant Henson - RotoBaller
