Milwaukee Bucks point guard Kevin Porter Jr. (knee) underwent season-ending surgery on Tuesday, the team announced. Porter Jr. has been out since mid-March due to right knee synovitis and had a procedure done to get it fixed. Health issues aside, Porter Jr. had a good campaign with the Bucks, averaging 17.4 points, 5.2 rebounds, 7.4 assists, and 2.2 steals across 38 games. He has a $5.4 million player option for the 2026-27 season. Porter Jr.'s role in Milwaukee could expand considerably in 2026-27 if he stays and Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) moves on.--Taavi Pailk
