Kyshawn George Won't Return This Season
Washington Wizards guard/forward Kyshawn George (elbow) will miss the rest of the 2025-2026 season, according to Michael Scotto. George has been out since March 2 due to a Grade 2 distal UCL tear in his left elbow. The Wizards aren't playing for anything at this point in the season. They've decided to let George sit out the final few weeks of the regular season and get ready for the 2026-2027 campaign. Over 48 games, George averaged 14.8 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 4.5 assists across 28.9 minutes per game. The 22-year-old made a nice jump in most statistical categories compared to his rookie season. He will hopefully be a key piece of the rebuilding Wizards roster going forward.
