D'Angelo Russell Won't Play Tuesday
Dallas Mavericks guard D'Angelo Russell (illness) won't be available for Tuesday's clash against the Boston Celtics. The veteran is dealing with an illness and has been ruled out after carrying a doubtful tag on the initial injury report. Russell's absence won't affect the Mavericks, as head coach Jason Kidd has used him in only one game since the turn of the year. He appears to have no future in Dallas, despite a reasonably good start to the season. Russell has averaged 10.2 points and 4.0 assists per game with the Mavericks.
