Courtland Sutton Finds the End Zone in OT Win Over the Commanders
Denver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton found the end zone and scored for the first time since Week 9 in a close 27-26 overtime win against the Washington Commanders. Coming off the bye week, Sutton rewarded those who started him with five catches on six targets for 62 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's OT victory. Even more surprisingly, Sutton did this while being third on the team in targets. The 30-year-old was behind tight end Evan Engram (nine) and Pat Bryant (seven), and ahead of the supposed new alpha receiver of the group, Troy Franklin, who had just three targets. With the Las Vegas Raiders on tap again for the upcoming week, Sutton will look to redeem himself after having only three catches for 24 yards against them in Week 10. Fantasy managers can start Sutton with confidence as he's a low-end WR2 in a plus matchup vs. Las Vegas entering Week 14.
