Broncos D/ST Getting Healthy, Must-Start vs. the Commanders in Week 13
After having a Week 12 bye, the Denver Broncos' defense will travel to face the Washington Commanders. Star cornerback Pat Surtain II (pectoral) will return to the field for the Broncos in Week 13 after being out since suffering his pectoral injury in Week 8 against the Dallas Cowboys. Broncos star linebacker Alex Singleton (illness) also returns to action after missing Week 11, as he underwent surgery for testicular cancer. This should make them even more dominant against a Commanders offense that remains without their young star quarterback, Jayden Daniels (elbow). The Broncos have allowed 274.4 offensive yards per game this season, ranking third-best in the league. Although the Commanders have averaged 333.5 offensive yards per game since quarterback Marcus Mariota took over for Daniels, they will likely have a tough time sustaining that against the Broncos' dominant defense. The Broncos DST is a must-start and is ranked fourth overall among all fantasy defenses heading into Week 13.
