See RotoBaller at the top of Google

Nov 28, 2025, 8:36 PM ET

Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin will have a golden opportunity in Week 13 against an easier matchup in the Washington Commanders, who are near the bottom of the league in defensive rankings. Franklin is having a breakout season, leading the team in targets this season with 81, and should be leaned on more as they come off the bye week. The Commanders' defense enters Week 13 allowing 249.5 passing yards per game, ranked 28th in the league. Franklin should be able to use this to his advantage as he averages around four catches on nine targets per game over the past five contests. Fire up Franklin as a high-end WR3 with upside as RotoBaller's WR26 overall for Week 13.--Luke DeMarcus
