San Francisco 49ers linebacker Luke Gifford (hamstring) and defensive back Deommodore Lenoir (quadriceps) are both active for Sunday's tilt against the Houston Texans. Gifford practiced in a limited capacity on Friday and progressed enough to be cleared for action. Lenoir opened the week as a non-participating but was able to log a limited session on Friday to suit up. Gifford has had a prominent role on special teams, totaling 18 tackles with five of them being solo. Lenoir has been a lead option in the secondary and enters Week 8 with 26 tackles (19 solo) and two pass deflections.--Andy Smith
