Courtland Sutton Leads Team in Receiving Yards in Comeback Win
Courtland Sutton led the team in receiving yards with 87 as the team stunned the New York Giants in an astonishing fourth quarter comeback in Sunday's 33-32 win. He caught six passes for 87 yards in Sunday's victory. Sutton flashed some great chemistry with quarterback Bo Nix as they connected for a few big plays in the Sunday afternoon window with receptions for 22 yards, 32 yards, and a key two-point conversion after the Broncos scored their first touchdown. Just before that two-point conversion on that touchdown play, Sutton was the primary target, only to have the ball ricochet off the defender's hands into Troy Franklin's for the touchdown. Sutton and Franklin would end up tied for targets on the day, but Sutton significantly outproduced him on Sunday. In what could be a shootout versus Dallas next week, Sutton should continue to be a confidence builder for lineups.
