Hunter Renfrow Tough to Trust for Fantasy Managers in Week 4
Hunter Renfrow has recorded 11 catches for 65 yards and two touchdowns on 19 targets through his first three games of 2025. Renfrow's target volume is impressive, but his 5.9-yard-per-reception average is less encouraging for his fantasy outlook heading into a Week 4 matchup against the New England Patriots. Still, the Panthers will be without wide receivers Xavier Legette (hamstring) and Jalen Coker (quad) as well as tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders (ankle) on Sunday. That leaves Renfrow as the likely number two option in the passing game for Panthers quarterback Bryce Young, behind rookie wideout Tetairoa McMillan. Despite that, Renfrow just doesn't have enough downfield juice to be counted on for consistent fantasy production. He should be avoided by fantasy managers in Week 4.
