Falcons Sign Parker Romo, Release Younghoe Koo
Parker Romo signed a two-year deal with the organization on Friday. After a perfect debut last week, the Falcons have decided to go with Romo as their kicker moving forward. Romo knocked down all five of his field goal attempts during last week's win over the Minnesota Vikings. As a result, Younghoe Koo was released by the organization on Friday. Koo missed a game-tying field goal against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the season opener. Apparently, that was enough for the Falcons to move on from him. Possibly, Koo gets another chance elsewhere, but he doesn't need to be rostered in fantasy formats right now. As for Romo, he's looking like a solid streaming option against the shaky Carolina Panthers defense in Week 3.
