Cleveland Guardians left-hander Joey Cantillo dominated the Kansas City Royals on Tuesday, earning the victory by throwing eight scoreless innings and striking out five while allowing four hits and zero walks. In 80 1/3 big-league innings (31 games, 10 starts), Cantillo is 5-3 with a 3.36 ERA, 1.31 WHIP, and 92 strikeouts. He's been excellent in two starts for Cleveland since being recalled from Triple-A Columbus on September 3, allowing just one run across 14 innings pitched. Walks (12.1% BB rate entering Tuesday) have been an issue for Cantillo this season, but he's consistently missed bats and could be an intriguing streaming option for fantasy managers down the stretch.--Will Brady
