New York Mets starting pitcher Tylor Megill (elbow) will make the fourth start of his rehab assignment with Triple-A Syracuse on Thursday, per the New York Post's Mike Puma. Megill will target a pitch count of 80. The 30-year-old has been on the injured list since the middle of June with a right elbow sprain. He has made two rehab starts with Double-A Binghamton and one with Triple-A Syracuse and has yet to allow a run with a 17:2 strikeout-to-walk rate in 10 innings pitched. Megill was putting together a useful fantasy season before his injury, going 5-5 with a 3.95 ERA, a 1.36 WHIP, and a 29.2% strikeout rate in 14 starts and 68 1/3 IP. It remains to be seen if he can return with enough time to help fantasy managers, but they should keep an eye out for more updates later in the week.--Connelly Doan
