Chicago Cubs outfielder Ian Happ (shin) exited Tuesday's 9-3 loss to the Brewers in the eighth inning after fouling a ball off his left shin. X-rays after the game were negative, and Happ said he will need to get the swelling down and manage the pain. However, he may require a stint on the injured list. He went 1-for-3 with a double before being pinch-hit for by Vidal Brujan. The 30-year-old is having a disappointing season, slashing .227/.324/.380 with 14 home runs, 50 RBI, and five stolen bases in 444 plate appearances. Fantasy managers should check Wednesday's lineup, although it would not be surprising to see him out of the lineup, especially since he may need to miss time.--Connelly Doan
