Seattle Seahawks offensive tackle Abraham Lucas (abdomen) appears to be in great shape and is moving well while taking most of the reps as the first-team right tackle in voluntary organized team activities this offseason, according to Seattle Sports' Cameron Van Til. Lucas suffered a knee injury in the 2023 season opener and has been limited to 13 games the last two seasons. He returned in Week 11 of last year after having knee surgery last January, starting in seven straight games before sitting out in Week 18 with an abdomen injury that landed him on Injured Reserve. Before his knee injury in 2023, the 26-year-old was looking like a cornerstone at right tackle for the franchise. Lucas said there's a night-and-day difference with his knee after being over a full year removed from surgery. If he can stay healthy in 2025, that will be a big boost for Seattle's new offensive attack with quarterback Sam Darnold.--Keith Hernandez
