The Pittsburgh Steelers have agreed to terms with former Los Angeles Rams defensive back Quindell Johnson on a one-year, $960,000 contract. Johnson signed with the Rams as an undrafted free agent back in 2023, but was claimed off waivers by the Chicago Bears, with whom he spent the season. He appeared in nine games for the team, notching an interception and two tackles. In 2024, the Memphis product rejoined Los Angeles, though he did not suit up for a single contest. Johnson is currently ranked third (unofficially) on the Steelers' depth chart behind safety Minkah Fitzpatrick and Juan Thornhill. That is where he projects to operate if he makes the team.--Alex CiullaRead More News
