Zach's top DraftKings NBA DFS picks for today, Monday, 3/31/25. His favorite daily fantasy basketball lineup sleepers and value picks for DraftKings DFS.
The NBA is back to work this Monday with a seven-game DFS fantasy basketball slate to close out the month of March. The first games tip off at 7:00 p.m. ET, when four of the seven games get going right off the jump. The other three games on the slate start a little later, with the 8:30 p.m. ET matchup between the Nets and Mavs being the final game on the DraftKings main slate. The Rockets-Lakers matchup is not on the DraftKings slate.
Of the 14 teams taking the floor, the Clippers and Hornets are the only two playing for the second day in a row, while the Bulls, Grizzlies, and Magic will finish their back-to-back set of games on Tuesday. Looking at the seven games on the slate, several players stand out as strong options from a DFS perspective on DraftKings. DraftKings NBA DFS Core Picks
Coby White, CHI – SG/SF ($8.3K)
The Bulls have a tough matchup against the Thunder on Monday night, and they listed Josh Giddey ($9.3K) as questionable for the matchup against his former team due to hip soreness and injury management. The Bulls have been impressive lately, going 9-3 over their last 12 games and climbing to the ninth spot in the Easter Conference. Giddey and White have led the way, and White would get an even larger workload if Giddey doesn't play in this potential return to OKC.
White is a strong core play with or without Giddey since he has posted over 42 DraftKings points in five straight and nine of his last 12 games. Over those 12 contests, he averaged 29.8 points, 4.9 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and 44.0 DraftKings points per contest.

Since the All-Star break, White has played five games without Giddey and averaged 42.3 DraftKings points. He gets a little more usage without Giddey on the floor, but the defense can also focus on him more. Either way, he's a very strong play at just over $8K and brings an elite ceiling without having to pay to the top of the salary structure.
Tyrese Haliburton, IND – PG ($8.6K)
Haliburton and the Pacers host the Kings on Monday night, setting up a possible revenge spot for Hali against the team that traded him away. Haliburton has faced them five times in the past and hasn't exactly gone off against them, but he comes into this up-tempo matchup with some nice momentum.
Before Saturday's loss to the Thunder, Haliburton posted at least 47 DraftKings points in five straight games with four double-doubles, highlighted by a monster game against the Bucks when he added five steals to a 24-point double-double to earn 66.5 DraftKings points.
Over his last 14 games, Haliburton has 12 double-doubles while averaging 21.4 points, 11.4 assists, and 50.4 DraftKings points per game.

Kyle Filipowski, UTA – PF/C ($6.5K)
The Jazz will be without Walker Kessler (reconditioning) and Lauri Markkanen (knee) once again on Monday, leaving plenty of room for Filipowski to continue his strong finish to his rookie season. Filipowski has started four straight games and has 38+ DraftKings points in three contests.
On Friday, he had 18 points, 13 rebounds, and 40.25 DraftKings points in a loss to the Nuggets that both Kessler and Markkanen missed.

In his five games since the All-Star break without Markkanen and Kessler, Filipowski averaged 43.1 DraftKings points per game on 19.6 points, 11.0 rebounds, 3.4 assists, and a 23.6% usage rate in those contests.
Especially in a smash spot against the Hornets, Filipowski is a strong option for Monday night and doesn't have to fill your center spot either since he also has power forward eligibility.
Others Under Consideration: Kawhi Leonard - SF/PF (8.9K), Kristaps Porzingis - C ($8K), Alexandre Sarr - C ($6.7K)
DraftKings NBA DFS Tournament Pivots
Jayson Tatum, BOS - SF/PF ($10.2K)
Tatum and the Celtics are in Memphis to take on the Grizzlies, who fired Taylor Jenkins on Friday and lost to the Lakers on Saturday. The Grizzlies play at the fastest pace in the NBA this season, so it's a good pace-up spot to target the Celtics, who listed Jaylen Brown ($8.2K; knee) as questionable. If Brown is out, Tatum will get even more work, but he has a high enough ceiling to be a good pay-up play for tournament lineups with or without his running mate.
Tatum had 29 points, 10 rebounds, eight assists, and 57.5 DraftKings points on Saturday against the Spurs in his first game back after an ankle injury.
Jayson Tatum has had eight or more assists in four of his last five games.
He had just nine games with eight or more assists last season. He is up to 22 such games in the season.

Tatum has over 46 DraftKings points in four straight games and seven of his last nine. He should be set up to carry the load in this up-tempo contest, so he's my favorite superstar to pay all the way up for on this slate.
Tyler Herro, MIA – PG ($8.8K)
Herro will have to continue to carry the offense for the Heat since Andrew Wiggins (hamstring) and Duncan Robinson (back) remain out for Monday's matchup with the Wizards. Washington has been a favorable matchup for opposing point guards all year, giving up more DraftKings points per game to the position this season.
On Saturday, Herro had 30 points and 45.75 DraftKings points in Philly while leading the Heat to their fourth straight win. He posted at least 20 points and 35 DraftKings points in each of those wins, with 45+ DraftKings points in three contests.

Kel'el Ware, MIA – C ($6.1K)
Ware is also in a great spot against the Wizards, who have allowed the most DraftKings points per game to centers this season as well. On Saturday against the Sixers, Ware didn't miss a shot while finishing with 13 points, 14 boards, and 41.5 DraftKings points.

That big game gave him four double-doubles in his last six contests for an average of 34.7 DraftKings points. He also averaged 33.0 DraftKings points in his four games without Wiggins since March 1.
Andrew Nembhard, IND - PG/SG ($5.4K)
Nembhard flourished earlier this month with Haliburton out but has stayed active even after his return and is now picking up more offense with Bennedict Mathurin (calf) out. Nembhard took 13 shots against the Thunder on Saturday without Mathurin and finished with 16 points to go with seven assists and five rebounds for a total of 32.75 DraftKings points.

He has at least 26 fantasy points in three straight games and should be able to stay involved against the Kings with Mathurin missing a second straight contest. He is volatile, though, which is why I prefer using him in tournament-style contests.

DraftKings NBA DFS Value Picks
Dalen Terry, CHI – SG/SF ($3.5K)
The Bulls ruled Kevin Huerter (thumb) out and listed Lonzo Ball (wrist) as doubtful, in addition to Giddey being questionable, so there should be plenty of work for Terry.
The third-year guard from Arizona is only averaging 13.1 minutes per game this season but has played at least 20 minutes in four of his last five contests. He had at least 20 DraftKings points in each of those four games with more than 20 minutes, including Saturday's 26 minutes against the Mavs.

He has at least 20 DraftKings points in six of his last eight contests and should be in for enough minutes to return at least that much value on Monday, which is enough to make him one of the top bargain plays on the board at this salary.
Oscar Tshiebwe, UTA – C ($4K)
Tshiebwe got the start in place of Kessler alongside Filipowski on Friday night in Denver, and he delivered seven points, 10 boards, and 22 DraftKings points in 26 minutes.
He hasn't played in every game, but whenever Kessler has rested, he has gotten a chance to step up. He had at least 22 DraftKings points in three of his six appearances for the Jazz in March, highlighted by a double-double against the Pelicans that earned him 37.25 DraftKings points. If he gets another opportunity to start on Monday in Charlotte, he'll be a very solid value with a good ceiling at only $4K.
KJ Simpson, CHA – PG ($4.9K)
Simpson has spent lots of time in the G League this season, like Tshiebwe, but he has a huge opportunity in front of him with LaMelo Ball (elbow) out for the season. Simpson started the last two games for the Hornets, playing 25 minutes against the Raptors and then 35 minutes against the Pelicans.

While his 23 and 22.75 DraftKings points aren't jaw-dropping, he took double-digit field goal attempts in each game and is in line to run the offense in this favorable matchup against the Jazz. He has the upside to post a huge game and is still a good value even though his salary has climbed over the last week.
Haywood Highsmith, MIA – SF/PF ($3.9K)
Without Wiggins, Highsmith becomes a great value option for the Heat from under $4K. He had 13 points and 30 DraftKings points on Saturday against the Sixers. He has at least 21 DraftKings points in four of his last five games and has played 30+ minutes in each of his last four.
In a great spot for the Heat against the Wizards, getting Highsmith under $4K feels like a steal since he is so locked into a larger role in the rotation without Wiggins.

Today's Top NBA DFS Game Stack
Bulls at Thunder (239 total)
One of the biggest pieces of injury news to watch for this Monday is the ultimate status of Giddey. If Giddey is in, he'll be a good play in a revenge game, but if he's out, lots of usage and potential production become available. White ($8.3K) is a strong play either way, with Nikola Vucevic ($7.7K) also an option, especially if the Thunder are without some of their big men. Terry ($3.5K) is one of the best bargains on the board, and Matas Buzelis ($4.8K), Julian Phillips ($3.2K), and Patrick Williams ($3.7K) are also good cheap plays to consider.
For the home team, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander ($11K) always brings an elite ceiling and Jalen Williams ($8.4K) has looked solid while working his way back to full strength. With Chet Holmgren ($7.5K; hip), Isaiah Hartenstein ($7K; hip), and Jaylin Williams ($4.6K; hip) all questionable, the frontcourt rotation is uncertain but could bring value. Cason Wallace ($4.5K), Isaiah Joe ($4.1K), and Kenrich Williams ($3.9K) are affordable options to round out the stack.
Celtics at Grizzlies (236 total)
The Celtics are in a pace-up spot against Memphis. Tatum ($10.2K), Porzingis ($8K), and White ($7.8K) could all get more work, and Payton Pritchard ($6.1K) could step up off the bench if Brown ($8.2K; knee) ends up sitting out. Al Horford ($5.2K) and Luke Kornet ($5K) have had some strong games recently as well, and Sam Hauser ($4.3K) has scored at least 11 points in four straight.
The Grizzlies got Ja Morant ($9.1K) back on Saturday, but he shot just 9-of-23 (39.1%) from the field in their loss to the Lakers. He's clearly the focus of the offense when available, although Desmond Bane ($8.5K) and Jaren Jackson Jr. ($7.9K) still bring excellent upside. Zach Edey ($4.7K) had a double-double and 39.75 DraftKings points in that game and was back in the starting five. If the coaching change increases his minutes, he could have a big finish to the regular season. Jaylen Wells ($3.5K) and Vince Williams Jr. ($3.3K) are cheap ways to top off your Grizzlies stack.
