Sungjae Im posted a scorecard of 76-66-76-76 to finish T61 at the PLAYERS Championship. He now turns his attention to the Texas Children's Houston Open, an event he's played in twice before, with finishes of T19 in 2021 and T50 in 2020. This week, players will be tested in all areas of their game, with particular emphasis on the short game, which bodes well for Im. He ranks 20th in strokes gained around the green (0.374 per round) and 25th in putting (0.460). However, his biggest struggle has been on approach, where he loses 0.877 strokes per round -- ranking 171st on tour. He also ranks in just the 15th percentile for proximity from 150-200 yards this season, a distance that accounted for 38.1% of all approach shots here last year. Despite his struggles on approach, Im's elite short game at $9,300 makes him a worthwhile consideration for fantasy managers this week.--Dakota Legg - RotoBallerRead More News
