According to TSN Ottawa, Ottawa Senators goaltender Linus Ullmark (back) will not serve as the backup on Thursday evening when the Senators face the Capitals. The team expressed optimism that Ullmark could return during their current homestand but will need at least another day to recover. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his status leading up to their next game on Saturday evening when they face the Minnesota Wild. Anton Forsberg is slated to start on Thursday evening, with Leevi Merilainen operating as the No.2 option. Prior to his injury, Ullmark was riding an impressive seven-game winning streak. During this stretch, he carried a .967% SV with a 0.99 GAA.
