ANALYSIS: Las Vegas Raiders running back Ameer Abdullah surprised again in Week 16 by scoring 19.5 PPR fantasy points in a game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He rushed seven times for 38 yards and a touchdown and caught five of six targets for 47 receiving yards.

This comes a week after he scored 19.6 against the Atlanta Falcons. Or in other words, he can't keep getting away with this. Atlanta allows the second-most receptions to opposing RBs, and the Jags allow the most receiving yards to opposing backs this season though. So there was at least some precedent for him to have a solid game.
Still, the volume in the receiving game is compelling enough that he should be added in all PPR leagues. He's a good fill-in for an injured player, or maybe for a fantasy manager with big holes on their roster that desperately wants to keep away from the toilet bowl king crown.
