10 Worst QB Performances From Week 11, Including Jayden Daniels and Kirk Cousins

Kirk Cousins - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Quincy Milton ranks the 10 worst quarterback performances for Week 11 of the 2024 season. Jayden Daniels, Kirk Cousins, and others make the list of 10 underperformers.

Another week is in the books in the NFL. The quarterback play was nothing special this week, but unlike most weeks, there were not many glaringly terrible performances. Additionally, some consistent members of this list such as Daniel Jones and Bryce Young were on bye this week.

As usual, there were a few repeat performances this week and a few excellent players that had a down week. Some of the poor performances ultimately cost various teams wins while others won despite the poor performances.

It is up to us to continue to critique these performances week after week. Let’s dive in and check out the worst quarterback performances of Week 11.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

10. Jameis Winston, Cleveland Browns

Jameis Winston was pretty solid in Week 11. He threw for 395 yards and two touchdowns. However, Winston was unable to guide the Browns to consistent scoring drives once this game against the New Orleans Saints got out of hand in the second half.

Many of the issues were on the defensive side of the ball for the Browns in this game. Winston managed to pad his stats at the end of the game, but things could have been better for the Browns throughout this one.

9. Drake Maye, New England Patriots

Drake Maye’s appearance on this list in Week 11 is more of a relative appearance. The rookie had another solid showing in Week 11 en route to 282 yards and two touchdowns. He did take three bad sacks.

Maye continues to be a bright spot for a flailing Patriots offense. However, this was a one possession game against the Los Angeles Rams and had he not thrown an interception, the Patriots might have had a chance to win.

8. Will Levis, Tennessee Titans

Will Levis was not terrible in Week 11, but he was painfully average. Since his return from injury in Week 10, Levis has done well in taking care of the ball. He only turned the ball over once in Week 11.

Still, the Titans’ offense remains anemic this season. This team simply does not score points at any sort of high rate. Levis will likely be given the chance to ride out the season as the starter, and will need to show some improvements along the way.

7. Brock Purdy, San Francisco 49ers

Brock Purdy was relatively efficient in Week 11 against the Seattle Seahawks, but he was held in check all day by a resurgent Seahawks defense. Purdy only managed to throw for 159 yards and one touchdown. He added an interception for good measure.

Purdy has been playing without a full complement of weapons all season. He has looked stellar at times, and he has faltered at others. Unfortunately, the 49ers only scored 17 points in this game.

6. Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs

The big, bad, wolf finally fell in Week 11. The Buffalo Bills who are notoriously good at beating the Chiefs in the regular season, stifled Patrick Mahomes for most of this game. Mahomes threw for 196 yards and three touchdowns. However, he added two interceptions.

Mahomes’ second interception iced the game for the Bills. Mahomes was trying to make a play happen but ended up trying to do too much. The loss places the Chiefs in a position to lose the No. 1 seed.

5. Russell Wilson, Pittsburgh Steelers

Russell Wilson’s subpar performance came in a winning effort over the division rival Baltimore Ravens. In a defensive slug fest, Wilson threw for just 205 yards and an interception.

The Steelers’ defense did well to temper the Ravens’ offense. Additionally, Wilson and No. 2 quarterback Justin Fields made enough plays to get the Steelers the win. Still, Wilson deserves a spot on this list this week.

4. Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens

The presumptive MVP at this point in the season had a bad outing against a relentless Steelers defense. Lamar Jackson completed less than 50% of his passes and threw just one touchdown to go along with an interception.

The Ravens’ offense only generated 16 points in this game. That is a poor number considering the fact that they had been taking the league by storm. This may be Jackson’s one and only appearance on this list this season so there is nothing to worry about here.

3. Jayden Daniels, Washington Commanders

Unfortunately, Jayden Daniels has now had a couple of bad games in a row. If it was not for a couple of garbage time plays, Daniels’ day would have looked a lot worse. The rookie phenom only threw for 191 yards and one touchdown with an interception in Week 11

In his defense, Daniels played an excellent Eagles defense. However, he appears to be hitting the proverbial rookie wall. Unfortunately, the Commanders do not have a bye until Week 14 so Daniels will need to figure things out before he is able to get a break and regroup.

2. Kirk Cousins, Atlanta Falcons

Talk about a hot and cold season. Kirk Cousins will light the league on fire one week, and wind up on this list in the next. Cousins threw for just 173 yards and an interception in a lopsided loss to the Denver Broncos.

No. 2 quarterback Michael Penix Jr. got another chance to see some action in this game given the blowout. For some reason, this Falcons team just cannot find any consistency in 2024. Cousins will look to rebound in a couple of weeks when the Falcons play the Chargers.

1. Mac Jones, Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars need some serious help at quarterback. Ever since Trevor Lawrence went down due to injury, <ac Jones has done nothing but sabotage the Jaguars’ chances at winning their last two games.

Jones managed to throw for just 138 yards and an interception in a Week 11 loss to the Detroit Lions. Detroit held the Jaguars to just six points and hung 52 points on their defense. Things are currently very bleak in Jacksonville.
