Week 7 Wide Receiver Outlooks For Fantasy Football

Davante Adams, New York Jets - Fantasy Football Outlook

New York Jets wide receiver Davante Adams (hamstring) is expected to make his team debut during the Week 7 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Adams hasn't played since Week 3 due to a hamstring issue. However, he appears to be miraculously cured after being traded to the Jets.

The star wideout has been able to practice in full all week. Head coach Jeff Ulbrich said he expects Adams to have a full workload this weekend. Adams figures to make an immediate impact in New York and should be inserted into fantasy lineups as a WR1. UPDATE: Adams was officially removed from Friday's final injury report for Week 7.

- Andy Webb, RotoBaller

Christian Kirk, Jacksonville Jaguars - Fantasy Football Outlook

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Christian Kirk makes for a decent flex play in London against the New England Patriots in Week 7. The veteran receiver was overshadowed by Evan Engram and Gabe Davis last week but has the potential to return to previous form in a good matchup.

Engram dominated the targets and could continue to do so, but Kirk going forward should be more involved than his three catches for 39 yards on six targets from last week against the Chicago Bears. He combined for 22 targets in Week 3 and Week 4, so he has shown capable of earning plenty of targets to be a good fantasy option.

As long as Trevor Lawrence spreads the ball around more than last week, expect Kirk to return to form as a solid flex option against a much weaker Patriots secondary in Week 7.

- Seth Quinn, RotoBaller

Romeo Doubs, Green Bay Packers - Fantasy Football Outlook

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs will look to build off his return to the Packers' lineup last week in Green Bay's Week 7 tilt with the visiting Houston Texans. Doubs had his best game of the season in Week 6 against the Cardinals, posting three receptions for 49 yards and two touchdown grabs on the afternoon.

Finishing as WR11 on the week, Doubs' fantasy scoring was a bit touchdown-heavy, but made the most of his limited grabs. As the lead Packers' receiver in terms of routes run, Doubs will be on the field more often than any other Packers receivers, but the fact remains that there is stiff competition with Jayden Reed, Christian Watson, Tucker Kraft, Dontayvion Wicks, and other pass-catchers for targets each week.

Because of that, Doubs is a low-end WR3 for fantasy managers this week against the Texans, as this contest could be one of the higher-scoring games this weekend.
