Raheem Mostert fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 11 (2023). Our advice on whether you should start or sit Raheem Mostert for fantasy lineups.
BALLER MOVE: Start in 8+ team leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: High-end RB2
ANALYSIS: Raheem Mostert has been the biggest overachiever in fantasy football this season, and it isn't close. The former San Francisco 49er is the RB2 in half & full PPR through nine weeks, which includes the bye last week. He sits at No. 9 overall in rushing yards, but first in touchdowns (11) and yards per carry (5.6 - minimum of 50 carries). The numbers are somewhat skewed by the ridiculous 142-yard, four-touchdown effort against Denver back in Week 3, but he has still finished as the RB5, RB11, and RB1 in other weeks, proving that the explosion was not a fluke.
Mostert has been limited in practice all week but was just removed from the injury report today, which is great news given his looming opponent, Las Vegas. The Raiders have been more than generous to opposing backs, surrendering the sixth-most points to the RB position in half-PPR formats and allowing the fourth-most rushing yards.
Rookie sensation De'Von Achane has been sidelined for the past four weeks, but that hasn't really affected the utilization of Mostert, with Salvon Ahmed and Jeff Wilson Jr. being mildly worked into the offense. Achane is set to return this week which will eat into the snaps of Mostert, but given how productive both of these backs were when they were healthy, coupled with the plus-matchup, starting Mostert is a no-brainer this week. He could approach RB1 numbers yet again.
