Is Tee Higgins Healthy Or Injured? Fantasy Football Injury Update

Is Tee Higgins Healthy Or Injured? Fantasy Football Injury Update from Sam Berger lets you know the up-to-the-minute status of Higgins heading into the weekend.

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins is one of the most talented and recognizable pass catchers in the NFL. If teammate and megastar Ja'Marr Chase wasn't on the same roster, he'd undeniably be even more well-known.

The Bengals are having a sensational follow-up campaign to their Super Bowl appearance just one season ago. The team is 9-4, and Higgins, when healthy, is performing at an elite level. But his health is the million-dollar question that needs a concrete answer.

Fantasy managers are wondering about their elite receiver. Is he injured? Will he play in Week 15?

Tee Higgins Fantasy Football Injury Update

The fantasy football world was thrown controversy in Week 15, and the Bengals wideout was smack dab in the middle. Many fantasy owners were on their final playoff push last week, trying and clawing with everything in their power to get their teams to the playoffs.

Cincinnati Head Coach Zac Taylor had other plans.

Taylor had taken Higgins off the final injury report, leading fantasy managers to think the wideout would play his usual share of snaps during the game. Wait, did that not happen? To the shock and anger of many who were counting on Higgins to help lead them to the fantasy playoffs, the WR played only one snap after apparently "tweaking" his hamstring in pregame warmups.

Tee Higgins Injury News

As referenced above, Higgins playing one snap was upsetting to fantasy owners everywhere, because many were rightfully led to believe he would play. The controversial decision by Taylor did not sit well in fantasy land.

If you were one of the thousands of Higgins owners who were left screaming at your phones or televisions on Sunday because you saw a "0" next to the fantasy box score for your top wide receiver, it was probably because it cost you a playoff spot.

Prior to Sunday, Higgins had averaged 22.2 fantasy points over his last three games. Knowing he was healthy and "active", only to have a goose egg appear next to his name on the final box score, was crushing to so many people's playoff hopes.

Is Tee Higgins Injured or Playing in Week 15?

Based on what happened in Week 14, your guess is as good as mine. Are you as frustrated about what happened as thousands of other fantasy managers were? It's hard to blame you.

We thought he would play last weekend, and fantasy owners were counting on him. On Thursday, he remained limited with his hamstring. Will he be active this week?

Will he even play if active? There is no way to truly know for sure. All we know is that there are many of his managers sitting on pins and needles waiting for that final injury report.
