We've crossed the halfway point of the NFL season, but there are still plenty of deep league waiver wire targets and potential league-winning bench stashes as we inch toward the fantasy football players. These fantasy football waiver wire pickup suggestions are for fantasy managers in deep leagues of 14-teams or more or a higher number of bench spots than traditional fantasy leagues. That said, chalky waiver pickups for shallow leagues won't be featured here.

Some players on this list might be able to produce right away, while guys like Sony Michael and Jameson Williams are simply stashes for later down the road in the fantasy football season. As always, these players are usually cheap to obtain and can be dropped if it's clear they won't have value after a few weeks. With nine weeks of data to examine, advanced stats and fantasy statistics carry more weight for the rest of the season.

Without further ado, here are the top deeper league waiver wire targets for Week 10, including Chuba Hubbard, Treylon Burks, Jahan Dotson, Cole Kmet, and Cade Otton.

Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Targets for Week 10

Marcus Mariota had a down week in terms of fantasy production against the Los Angeles Chargers, but a Thursday Night Football matchup with the Carolina Panthers could be a nice spot to stream him in deep leagues.

Andy Dalton continues to produce as the signal-caller for the Saints, and his Week 10 opponent, the Pittsburgh Steelers, are far from a scary matchup for quarterbacks.

Kyren Williams is set to make his NFL debut soon, and with Darrell Henderson, Cam Akers, Ronnie Rivers, and Malcolm Brown all struggling to produce, he might be given a decent role in the Rams' offense. He projects as the best pass-catcher among that group, so maybe he'll have sneaky PPR value down the stretch.

DeeJay Dallas and Travis Homer could be worth rostering as handcuffs to Kenneth Walker. It's tough to know which guy would be the backfield leader if Walker does miss time at any point, but this is one of the best offenses in the NFL, so both have real upside.

Chase Edmonds has a ways to go to be fantasy relevant, but the Denver Broncos made sure he was in the trade package for Bradley Chubb, so they could have a plan for him as a pass-catcher. His ceiling and floor are low, but he's worth adding as a flier if you have room on your roster.

Jaylen Warren could get more involved in the Steelers' offense after the bye week since he's been more efficient than Najee Harris, so he's worth keeping around at least until after Week 10.

Boston Scott and Kenneth Gainwell should remain on the fantasy radar as handcuffs to Miles Sanders in one of the best offensive attacks in football.

Sony Michel is Austin Ekeler's clear backup after Joshua Kelley (knee) was placed on injured reserve. Michel has some standalone value, but his ceiling will be sky-high if Ekeler has to miss any games anytime soon.

Chuba Hubbard was leading the Panthers' backfield in touches in Week 7 before suffering an ankle injury, and after missing two games, he's available in a lot of fantasy leagues. If he plays in Week 10 against the Atlanta Falcons, he's a quality deep league flex play.

Kadarius Toney logged just two catches on Patrick Mahomes' 68 passing attempts against the Tennessee Titans, but he's worth stashing as a high-upside playmaker in Andy Reid's offense.

Joshua Palmer is probably a chalky pickup suggestion in all leagues, but after posting eight receptions for 106 yards against the Atlanta Falcons, he's a top add going into Week 10. Keenan Allen (hamstring) and Mike Williams (ankle) could be sidelined for a few more weeks.

Wan'Dale Robinson and Darius Slayton are locked into the top wide receiver roles in New York, especially since Kadarius Toney has been traded to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Terrace Marshall Jr. caught three passes for 53 yards and a touchdown in Week 9 against the Cincinnati Bengals, and although it was garbage-time production, the Panthers will have those opportunities for the rest of the season. Marshall has real flex appeal in deep leagues against the poor Falcons' defense in Week 10 on Thursday Night.

Treylon Burks is going to fall off some fantasy managers' watchlist after suffering a turf toe injury that placed him on injured reserve. However, his injury is minor from a long-term perspective, and he's still worth rostering for the chance of a late-season breakout. He can return this week against the Denver Broncos for an offense that desperately needs him.

Devin Duvernay and DeSean Jackson have low floors in a low volume passing offense, but with Rashod Bateman (foot) out for the season, both have the opportunity to be fantasy football factors.

Jahan Dotson has been dropped in a ton of fantasy leagues since he wasn't able to be stashed in the injured reserve spot, so he's worth adding as he's expected to return in Week 10.

Jameson Williams (knee) is still a few weeks away from making his NFL debut (if he plays at all this season), but with T.J. Hockenson out the door, Williams could slot it as at least the No. 2 option in the passing game behind Amon-Ra St. Brown in a solid Lions' offense.

Cole Kmet has caught three touchdowns in his last two games as Justin Fields and the Chicago Bears' offense has come alive. The tight end position is always scarce in fantasy football, so it's tough to ignore the production from a popular preseason sleeper selection.

Cade Otton led the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with 68 receiving yards and a touchdown in the win over the Los Angeles Rams, and Cameron Brate (neck) continues to struggle with injuries. Otton looks to be on his way to a mid-season breakout, and Tom Brady evidently trusts him enough to go to him late in the fourth quarter.
