ANALYSIS: Anytime you suit up for three teams in a single season, it's safe to say things haven't gone according to plan. Unable to find opportunities at the MLB level with either of the current pennant holders in Tampa Bay and Los Angeles, Yoshi Tsutsugo has landed with the hapless Pirates.
It's been a fruitful partnership. Tsutsugo's home run on Saturday was his sixth in 18 games with Pittsburgh, and he now owns a .268/.311/.829 line in those contests. That'll play in any league, but for now we'll stop short of recommending the 29-year-old outside of deeper or NL-only formats.
