Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlooks
Below are some fantasy football outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider starting in Week 7:
DeVonta Smith, Philadelphia Eagles
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith returned to action in Week 6 against the Carolina Panthers after missing the past two games due to a hamstring injury. He was a focal point for Philadelphia's offense in the 25-14 loss to the Panthers. Smith saw a team-high 14 targets and turned those opportunities into seven receptions for 75 yards (10.7 yards per catch) and a touchdown.
Smith led the Eagles in multiple receiving categories. Smith played with quarterback Tanner McKee, who is starting in place of Jalen Hurts (calf) after Hurts was added to the injured reserve list due to a superficial blood clot in his calf. Smith saw high volume on Sunday and turned in a productive day, but the quarterback situation in Philadelphia makes his fantasy ceiling cloudy.
Keenan Allen, Indianapolis Colts
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Keenan Allen is getting enough work to matter in PPR leagues, even without a touchdown every week. His 11 targets in Sunday's 26-20 loss to the Tennessee Titans were a season high, and he turned them into eight catches for 82 yards, also season bests.
Over his past three appearances, Allen has 19 receptions for 190 yards and a touchdown on 29 targets, and he's seen at least nine targets each time. That makes the 34-year-old a worthwhile pickup in 10-team PPR leagues and deeper, with high-end WR4 value and the potential for WR2/WR3 finishes when the volume turns into production.
Tight end Tyler Warren (groin) was inactive Sunday, which opened up more opportunities, but Allen had already drawn nine targets in both Week 3 and Week 5. He missed Week 4. Warren's availability will matter as Indianapolis visits Minnesota in Week 7, though Allen has shown he can command looks alongside him.
George Pickens, Dallas Cowboys
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver George Pickens racked up 73 yards and six receptions on 11 targets in the team's 23-13 loss to the hosting Green Bay Packers. The former Georgia Bulldog led the Cowboys in receiving yards for the second straight game, although this time he did so with fellow wideout CeeDee Lamb on the field for a full complement of snaps.
For what it's worth, Lamb's 18 targets far outpaced Pickens' total, but it's another strong outing for the latter after he sat on an 8/98/1 line (13 targets) through Dallas' first two games.
Due to the nature of the 25-year-old's play style, he'll always be somewhat volatile, albeit more consistent than earlier in his career. As long as quarterback Dak Prescott is right, Pickens and Lamb should remain one of the league's more intimidating WR duos. They'll look to get back in the win column next Monday night in a divisional matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Chuba Hubbard, Carolina Panthers
Carolina Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard had another big game in his team's 25-14 Week 6 win over the Philadelphia Eagles, recording 28 carries for 120 yards and a touchdown. While it wasn't Hubbard's most efficient game on the ground, he continues to absolutely dominate the backfield workload in Carolina.
Across five games so far in 2026, the 27-year-old has recorded 89 carries for 426 yards and four touchdowns. Hubbard has also hauled in 12 catches for 85 yards and two scores. Carolina got second-year back Trevor Etienne back from Injured Reserve in Week 6, but Etienne logged just one carry against Philadelphia. With Carolina's offense humming, Hubbard remains a clear must-start running back for fantasy managers as long as he continues to see his current usage.
Bam Knight, Arizona Cardinals
Arizona Cardinals running back Bam Knight made the most of his opportunity in Sunday's 18-16 victory over the Los Angeles Rams, gaining 98 scrimmage yards despite playing fewer snaps than Tyler Allgeier. Knight rushed 15 times for 80 yards, including a 31-yard gain, and caught both of his targets for another 18 yards.
Allgeier remained the lead back with 18 carries and 40 offensive snaps, but managed just 38 rushing yards and one reception for 10 yards. Knight played 32 snaps and might have seen additional work had full-body cramps not limited him during the second half. With rookie Jeremiyah Love (ankle) sidelined, Knight's performance gives Arizona reason to consider a more balanced backfield rotation if Love remains unavailable.
Rostered in just 1% of Yahoo leagues, Knight is worth a speculative addition in 12-team formats ahead of Sunday's matchup with Denver. His longer-term outlook is considerably less certain, as the Cardinals still view him as their third running back when Love is healthy.
