Tony Pollard fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 2 (2024). Should you start or sit Tony Pollard for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Start in 10+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB2 with RB1 upside
ANALYSIS: Tennessee Titans running back Tony Pollard had an excellent debut with his new team, even though it lost to the Chicago Bears, 24-17. Pollard had 82 rushing yards in 16 attempts (5.1 yards per carry), three receptions for 12 receiving yards, and scored one touchdown.

That was good enough for 18.4 fantasy points (PPR), and he finished as the overall RB12. Pollard, who was the RB1 for the Dallas Cowboys the past two seasons, fared quite well, finishing as the RB8 and RB14 in the 2022 and 2023 seasons, respectively.
Now with the Titans, it seems Pollard has picked up where he left off. One concern entering the 2024 season was how Pollard would split the backfield reps with Tyjae Spears, but that issue seems to have been solved for the time being. Pollard outperformed Spears and had a 63% snap percentage compared to Spears’ 45% in Week 1.
Pollard will remain the Titans RB1 in Week 2 and enters a favorable matchup against the New York Jets. The Jets gave up 180 rushing yards (29th in the NFL) in Week 1. Start Pollard in pretty much every league.
