Should I start Quentin Johnston, DJ Moore, Jauan Jennings for Week 10? Fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks and recommendations for the 2025 NFL season.
Trying to settle on receivers to start in fantasy football can be difficult. Week in and week out, different receivers will shine.
Many teams have no clearly defined WR1. In this article, we will consider three wideouts who play for star-studded teams and have to share their volume with others.
So, should fantasy managers start Quentin Johnston, DJ Moore, or Jauan Jennings in Week 10? Let's dive in and find out.

Should I Start Quentin Johnston for Fantasy Football?
Rumors of Quentin Johnston's death were greatly exaggerated. After the Los Angeles Chargers drafted Tre Harris in Round 2 of the 2025 NFL Draft, analysts thought Johnston would be supplanted. But through eight games, Johnston is leading Harris 460 receiving yards to 121.
Johnston has always been a good big play threat and red zone target. He improved greatly in his second year. He gained 711 yards and scored eight touchdowns while recording his first two 100-yard games. But his hands and his fundamentals are shaky.

Johnston came out of the gate with a good performance, scoring two touchdowns on the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 1. He scored another in Week 2. In each of his first four games this season, Johnston gained 70 or more yards.
But since Week 5, Johnston's production has declined. He has not gained more than 60 yards since then, and he was held under 50 yards in three of the past four games. In Week 8, he wasn't targeted once.
In the first four games of the season, Johnson played 57.5 offensive snaps per game and was targeted 9.0 times per game for 5.5 catches and 84.3 yards. In the past four games, he has played 51.3 snaps per game and has been targeted 4.0 times for 2.5 catches and 30.8 yards.
Tre Harris might finally be cutting into Johnston's playing time. Harris started in Weeks 5, 6, 7, and 8. His offensive snap share increased from under 35% in each of the first four games to over 35% in the last five and over 40% in the last four.
Harris has seen more than one target and multiple receptions in each of the past four games after only having one multiple target game in the first five.
Johnston and the Chargers have a favorable matchup for WRs in Week 10. They face the Pittsburgh Steelers, who are allowing 278.2 passing yards per game, the most in the NFL. Given the potential for the Chargers to have a big game across the board, it's a good idea to start Johnston as a flex.
Should I Start DJ Moore for Fantasy Football?
DJ Moore's relative decline was to be expected. The 28-year-old is one of the oldest receiving options on a young Chicago Bears offense. He had a career year in 2023, his first year in Chicago after three 1,000-yard seasons in Carolina.
His receiving yardage declined from 1,364 in 2023 to 966 in 2024. He was never going to match that level of production on a dysfunctional Matt Eberflus-led team, but that was only his third season being held under 1,000 yards in his career. This season might be his fourth.
Through eight games, Moore is averaging 50.4 yards per game, his second-worst total of his career. If he keeps this up, it will be his worst season since his rookie year. Worse, he only has one touchdown catch. He did run for a touchdown.
The Bears have even more mouths to feed this year. They drafted two pass catchers, tight end Colston Loveland and receiver Luther Burden III, in the first two rounds. Moore's utilization has declineed somewhat; he was on the field for 94% of the team's offensive snaps in 2024 and just 86% this year.
While Burden has made a limited impact so far, second-year receiver Rome Odunze has had a breakout, leading the team with 473 yards and, crucially, five touchdowns. Loveland, who has seen increased volume in recent weeks, is the only other Bear with multiple touchdowns.
Moore had two relatively strong games in the past two weeks, catching four passes and gaining 72-73 yards against the Baltimore Ravens and Cincinnati Bengals.
In Week 10, Moore has another favorable matchup, which makes him a viable starter. The New York Giants have allowed the fourth-most receptions, yards, and fantasy points to opposing WRs.
Should I Start Jauan Jennings for Fantasy Football?
Jauan Jennings broke out last season with 77 catches for 975 yards. In the wake of injuries to Ricky Pearsall and Brandon Aiyuk, Jennings led all wide receivers, although George Kittle led the team. Now in 2025, Pearsall and Aiyuk are still injured, but Christian McCaffrey and Kendrick Bourne are the leading receivers.
With just 22 catches and 253 receiving yards, Jennings is fourth on the team. Pearsall still has almost 80 more yards than he does despite playing three fewer games.
Is there hope Jennings can turn it around in Week 10 against the Los Angeles Rams? The good news for Jennings-rostering managers is that Pearsall (knee) is out for Week 10, too. That should mean more passes going to Jennings.
In each of the past three games, Jennings has had five or more targets. He has a 24.7% target share in that time frame. But he has only converted 12 of those 19 targets into catches for just 39 yards per game.

Even while scoring a touchdown last week, he still only finished as the WR26. In the weeks he hasn't scored, he has finished between WR46 at best and WR93 at worst.
The Rams are a slightly-more-favorable-than-average matchup for opposing fantasy WRs. They've allowed WRs the 12th-most receptions and the 11th-most yards. Still, Jennings isn't productive enough to start except in deeper leagues.
