Jaguars Hosting Thomas Rawls Saturday
The Jacksonville Jaguars are hosting free-agent running back Thomas Rawls for a tryout on Saturday. The team is looking for some depth behind T.J. Yeldon with Leonard Fournette (hamstring) possibly out until Week 10. The Jags already signed Jamaal Charles, David Williams and Bo Scarbrough though, so Rawls would be just a short-term fix.

Matt Breida, Pierre Garcon Miss Practice Friday
San Francisco 49ers running back Matt Breida (ankle, shoulder) and wide receiver Pierre Garcon (knee, shoulder) both missed practice for the second straight day on Friday. Breida is highly questionable and could be dealing with a mid ankle sprain. If you own him, you should definitely be planning to be without him. Alfred Morris would […]

Week 6 Red Zone Risers - Players With Scoring Potential
We're starting to get a sense of which players are integral parts of their team's offense, especially in the red zone. And we all know as fantasy players that touches in this area more often than not lead to players scoring the thing that will send your team into victory each week- touchdowns. Still, injuries […]

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Daily Fantasy College Football Advice for 10/13
Welcome to week seven! DraftKings decided to keep with the trend of picking 10 games for the Main slate on Saturday that are power-5 focused, with one lovely exception (UCF at Memphis). At first look, I thought the slate looked pretty ugly - but there are a few hidden gems and, overall, the spreads in […]

DraftKings Daily Fantasy Football Picks (Week 6): NFL DFS Lineups
Week 5 did not really offer many surprises in terms of the overall picture of teams. We learned a few little lessons, such as the Atlanta Falcons offense is just flat-out bad on the road and we never know which Buffalo Bills team is going to show up. Entering Week 6, we, unfortunately, lose two […]

Javorius Allen Is A Risky Play Versus Titans
Baltimore Ravens running back Javorius Allen, on pace for a career year, has basically shared the backfield duties with Alex Collins this season. Allen was on the field for 50 (57.5 percent) snaps in Week 5 as he totaled a season-high 78 yards from scrimmage, with 34 yards coming on eight carries while hauling in […]

Ahead of The Game - College Devy Prospects (Week 7 Edition)
Traditional powers appear to be back in a big way in college football. Texas has bounced back from their week 1 loss to Maryland and appears to be a contender in the Big12. Notre Dame has beaten what appears to be their most difficult match ups and now look to be among the favorites to […]

Bilal Powell Looks To Keep It Going On Sunday
New York Jets running back Bilal Powell will look to build off his efficient Week 5 performance when he takes on the Colts on Sunday. Powell and fellow running back Isaiah Crowell ran wild all of Denver with Powell finishing up the day rushing the ball 20 times for 99 yards. Though Indy has held […]

LeSean McCoy Could Struggle Sunday
Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy could struggle to get going Sunday against the Houston Texans. While McCoy finally got the workload he was requesting last week, we could see those numbers drop off again. The Texans rank 8th in the league against the run and have a line that can definitely push around the […]

Kenyan Drake Has Tough Week 6 Matchup
Miami Dolphins running back Kenyan Drake has a tough Week 6 matchup against the potent Chicago Bears defense. Despite Drake's solid Week 5 performance, there are many reasons to believe that he will regress in Week 6. Drake has averaged only eight touches over the past three weeks and the Dolphins offense, in general, have […]

Peyton Barber on Cusp of Irrelevance if He Falters in Atlanta
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Peyton Barber has been horrid thus far and will probably get his last chance to start or get significant carries if he doesn't have a better performance in Atlanta. Atlanta's defense is one of the worst against the run in the league (31st in DVOA), and especially exposable to running […]

Stash Ronald Jones II in Hopes of Breakout Sunday
Buccaneers running back Ronald Jones II finally got a chance to see the field two weeks ago against a stout Chicago Bears defense. This week, Jones II will see an exposable Falcons defense that is missing stud defensive tackle Grady Jarrett. If he were to go off and claim the lead running back spot as […]

Kyle Juszczyk A Deep PPR Option
If San Francisco 49ers running back Matt Breida (ankle) is unable to play in Week 6 against the Green Bay Packers, Kyle Juszczyk could be a fantasy factor. Juszczyk is fourth on the squad with 20 targets and coming off a six-catch performance for 75 yards in Week 5. With 144 career grabs and a […]

Jalen Richard Still Looking For First Touchdown Of The Season
Oakland Raiders running back Jalen Richard has yet to find the end zone this season but is in a good spot to do so versus the Seahawks over in London this Sunday. Last week, Seattle allowed four catches and 36 receiving yards to Todd Gurley in the passing game, which could show the opening Richard […]

Doug Martin Can Only Go Up This Week
Oakland Raiders running back Doug Martin is looking for a strong performance this Sunday versus the Seahawks in London. Martin finished last week's game with two rushing attempts for just one yard. That is beyond insignificant in terms of production, so he can truly only go up from here. The matchup is solid against the Seahawks […]

Marshawn Lynch Primed For Revenge Game
Oakland Raiders running back Marshawn Lynch is set to take on his former team Seattle this Sunday in London. Lynch is coming off a very slow game where he only had nine carries for 31 yards last Sunday versus the Chargers. Prior to that, he had one touchdown or over 100 yards in the first […]

Chase Edmonds Questionable For Week 6
Arizona Cardinals backup running back Chase Edmonds (back) was added to the injury report on Friday as a limited practice participant and is questionable to play in Week 6 against the Vikings. Edmonds hasn't done much this year behind David Johnson, carrying the ball 14 times for 39 yards (2.8 yards per carry) with nine […]

Alex Collins Still A Fantasy Option
Baltimore Ravens running back Alex Collins has been a major disappointment through the first five weeks of the season. Granted, some of the reasons for his lack of production are not entirely his fault, but Collins does need to step up his play. Collins was only on the field for 31 snaps last week, although […]

Four Patriots Playmakers Are Questionable
New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski (ankle), rookie running back Sony Michel (knee) and wide receivers Josh Gordon (hamstring) and Chris Hogan (thigh) were all limited in practice on Friday and are questionable for Week 6 against the Chiefs on Sunday night. Hogan is really the only player in doubt, but even he should […]

Dalvin Cook Questionable Against Cardinals
Minnesota Vikings running back Dalvin Cook (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Week 6 against the Cardinals. Cook said he only wants to return if he is 100 percent healthy. If Cook plays, expect him to see a normal workload with Latavius Murray backing him up. That'd make him a high-end RB2/low-end RB1 in an […]

Ito Smith To Serve As Primary Backup Sunday
Atlanta Falcons running back Ito Smith will serve as the Falcons primary backup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Sunday. In the three games that Smith was backup for Tevin Coleman he saw an average of 8.7 rushes or targets per game. Smith has also scored touchdowns in the last two games, receiving goal line carries […]

Tevin Coleman A Must-Start Sunday
Atlanta Falcons running back Tevin Coleman is a must-start fantasy running back in Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. With Devonta Freeman (foot) officially ruled out, Coleman will once again be the lead back for the Falcons. In the previous three games that Freeman missed Coleman averaged 15 rushes and 3.3 targets per game. […]

Matt Ryan Should Have A Bounce-Back Sunday
Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan will be looking to have a bounce-back game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday. Ryan struggled against the Steelers on the road last week but when he is at home it is a different story. This season at home Ryan is averaging 355 passing yards and 3.3 passing touchdowns […]

Royce Freeman Looks to Bounce Back After Disappointing Week 5
After finding the end zone in three straight games, Denver Broncos running back Royce Freeman managed just 31 yards on five carries in the Broncos Week 5 loss to the New York Jets. The five carries were a season-low for Freeman -- as he fell victim to game script with the Broncos facing a two-score […]

Phillip Lindsay Seeking Fourth Double-Digit Fantasy Performance
Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh says the Rams run defense has been "Terrible, without question..." That is great news for Denver Broncos running back Phillip Lindsay, as Denver's backs have attempted the eighth most rushing attempts, with his 5.75 yards per carry being good for 10th among RBs this season. Fellow RB mate […]

Redskins Playmakers All Listed As Questionable
Washington Redskins head coach Jay Gruden said running backs Adrian Peterson (ankle, knee, shoulder) and Chris Thompson (rib) and wide receivers Jamison Crowder (ankle) and Paul Richardson (knee, shoulder) will all be questionable for Week 6 against the Panthers. For an offense already struggling for production, this is bad news. Richardson looks to be the […]

Austin Ekeler Is Incredibly Efficient
Los Angeles Chargers running back Austin Ekeler is the model of modern efficiency in the NFL. Ekeler is the next iteration of Danny Woodhead as he has adopted the "backup" role to Melvin Gordon and made it into a weapon. Ekeler is only averaging 9.5 touches per game, but he's turning those into an average […]

Devonta Freeman Officially Ruled Out Against Bucs
Atlanta Falcons head coach Dan Quinn officially ruled running back Devonta Freeman (foot) out for Week 6 against the Buccaneers. Freeman hasn't played in back-to-back games this year after injuring his knee in the season opener and missing three weeks. He could be back in Week 7, but he hasn't helped his fantasy owners at […]

Melvin Gordon Should Feast Again
Los Angeles Chargers running back Melvin Gordon has been one of the most valuable assets in fantasy so far, and he shouldn't be too slowed down in Cleveland. Gordon's versatility of running and pass-catching has him on pace for more than 1,800 total yards from scrimmage and a ridiculous 20 total touchdowns. While the Browns […]
