The Milwaukee Brewers announced that they have placed right-hander Jacob Misiorowski (leg) on the 15-day injured list with a left tibia contusion, retroactive to July 31. The team recalled righty Logan Henderson from Triple-A Nashville in a corresponding move. Misiorowski had been scheduled to start Sunday's game against the Washington Nationals, but the Brewers will have to make other arrangements. They'll now go at least two weeks without Misiorowski, a 23-year-old rookie who has excelled in his first seven starts. The 6-foot-7 flamethrower has gone 4-1 with a 2.70 ERA, a 0.96 WHIP, and 47:14 K:BB across 33 1/3 innings. UPDATE: Misiorowski said he expects to miss two starts and come back after the 15-day minimum.--Connor Byrne
