Zay Jones Held To 29 Yards In Loss At Browns
1 year agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Zay Jones caught five passes for 29 yards in a 31-27 loss against the Browns on Sunday. While it was a disappointing output from the veteran receiver, Jones actually tied a career-high with 14 targets in his fourth game back from injury. He and quarterback Trevor Lawrence missed on multiple deep shots, one of which led to an interception in the first quarter. With Christian Kirk sidelined, Jones is clearly one of Lawrence's favored options in the passing game and will likely need to be relied upon in next week's tough matchup vs. the Baltimore Ravens.
