New York Jets running back Braelon Allen (knee) missed his second straight day of training camp practice on Thursday with knee soreness, according to the Jets' official site. There's no indication that Allen's knee issue is serious, but it has allowed Isaiah Davis to get some more reps in the backfield the last two days. The 21-year-old Allen is "bigger, faster and stronger" in camp this summer as he looks to carve out a bigger role next to lead back Breece Hall. Allen had been a standout in practices before sitting out a couple days this week, and his potential increased involvement in the Jets' backfield in 2025 is a big reason why some folks are naming Hall as a potential RB bust. Right now he's ranked as the RB51 in fantasy, don't rule out the Wisconsin product having a role as both a pass-catcher and short-yardage/goal-line back.--Keith Hernandez
