Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy returned in Week 4 and immediately made an impact against the Ravens, posting 121 scrimmage yards on seven touches in his first game back from a dislocated shoulder. While some were worried about a potential reinjury, Worthy said postgame that once he took his first hit, he knew he was "good to go." With Rashee Rice suspended, Worthy delivered the best production of any Chiefs receiver despite playing only 59% of the snaps. He now draws a Week 5 matchup on Monday night against the Jaguars, who have surrendered the 10th-most fantasy points to wideouts this season.
