Xavien Howard, Salvon Ahmed Inactive In Week 5
Salvon Ahmed (back) are both officially inactive in Week 5 against the New York Jets. Howard was injured in last week's loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, so the Dolphins secondary will be at less than full strength against the Jets on Sunday. With the 29-year-old sidelined, both Kader Kohou and Keion Crossen will battle for more playing time in the secondary. Ahmed has been active in just two games so far in 2022 and hasn't logged a single offensive snap. Myles Gaskin will serve as depth in Miami's backfield against New York behind Chase Edmonds and Raheem Mostert.
