Tyrone Taylor Out At Least Three Weeks
2 years agoMilwaukee Brewers outfielder Tyrone Taylor (elbow) received a platelet-rich plasma injection in his elbow and will be sidelined from any baseball activity for at least three more weeks. "We're looking at missing the first month of the season," manager Craig Counsell said. The 29-year-old will begin the 2023 season on the injured list due to a right elbow sprain, which will open up more playing time for Brian Anderson and Tyler Naquin. In his fourth season with the Brewers last year, Taylor slashed .233/.286/.442 with a career-low .729 OPS, career-high 17 home runs, 51 RBI, 49 runs scored and three stolen bases in a career-high 120 games played. He should be avoided in mixed redraft leagues on draft day.
