St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Tyler O'Neill is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against Spenser Watkins and the Baltimore Orioles. This will be the second game over a three-game stretch in which O'Neill is on the bench. Juan Yepez will be covering left field in the game with Corey Dickerson at designated hitter. O'Neill is slashing just .198/.267/.317 over 27 games this year with two home runs, three stolen bases, 19 RBI and 14 runs. With the rookie Yepez hitting a cool .455/.500/.727 over his first six MLB games, O'Neill may wind up seeing his playing time continue to drop off if he doesn't increase his production at the plate soon.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
