Travis Homer Passes His Physical
3 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Travis Homer (calf) passed his physical on Tuesday and is set to be activated from the Physically Unable to Perform list. Homer ended the 2020 campaign on Injured Reserve with a knee injury and has been out up until now with a calf ailment. He's currently listed as the team's third back behind Chris Carson and Rashaad Penny, but we could easily see DeeJay Dallas seeing more action than Homer, at least to begin the regular season. The 23-year-old averaged 3.5 yards per carry on 25 carries and also caught nine of his 10 targets for 90 yards and his first career touchdown in 2020. Homer has some potential in deep PPR leagues because of his pass-catching and pass-blocking skills, but it'll likely take an injury to Carson and/or Penny for him to be worth an addition off the waiver wire.
