3 years agoCarolina Panthers quarterback Sam Darnold (shoulder) is being considered day-to-day after he had an MRI exam on his shoulder on Monday, according to a source. The Panthers haven't made a decision on the position for Week 10 against the Arizona Cardinals. "I'd have to see him on Wednesday and see. What does his health look like?" head coach Matt Rhule said. If Darnold doesn't cleared by the weekend, P.J. Williams would step in under center for Carolina. Darnold has been an utter disaster in the last five games, completing only 51.88% of his 160 attempts for 797 yards, two touchdowns and eight interceptions while also losing a fumble. Even if Darnold is starting against Arizona, fantasy managers should look for better QB2 options in superflex leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
