Ryan Fitzpatrick Helps Keep Miami Winless
Ryan Fitzpatrick righted the ship for the remaining three quarters, throwing two interceptions and fumbling twice. The veteran signal caller's sub-par play propelled the Dolphins to their seventh-straight loss and kept them in the catbird seat for the first pick in the 2020 draft. After a punt on their opening possession, Fitzpatrick capped off consecutive scoring drives by connecting with wide receivers Allen Hurns and Albert Wilson for touchdowns, quickly giving the Dolphins a two-score lead. Fitzpatrick then quickly erased any hope of a Dolphin win by throwing interceptions on two of Miami's next three drives and fumbling twice in the fourth quarter, with Miami eventually losing 27-14. Finishing with 190 yards passing to go along with his two touchdowns and three turnovers, Fitzpatrick is currently not a viable option in any fantasy league and likely won't become one on a Miami team that shows no signs of improving in any facet of the game.
